Essential Choice Founder, Sue McCrory-Thomson.

After many years working in her family's retail business, Sue decided to follow her passion for massage & natural therapies and embarked on her studies in 1996, and in 1999 'Essential Choice’ began.

Since then the business has expanded and relocated to North Strathfield. Over the years it has grown into a centre that has attracted a team of therapists that truly care for the health and wellbeing of their clients.

Our beloved Sue passed away in August 2011, leaving her husband and new owner Paul Thomson, along with the devoted team at Essential Choice to continue her vision.
