I have been a client of Essential Choice for a number of years now. I first went to them with a pain in my left shoulder that was so debilitating, I could not use my left arm and I was popping so many pain killers I was worried about the consequences. Within two weeks of my first visit the pain in my shoulder had disappeared. I also suffered from severe headaches which would last up to a week and pain killers had little or no effect.
I no longer take pain killers except in extreme circumstances and this is due to the treatment I have received at Essential Choice. This is really saying something as four years ago I broke my neck in a car accident and I attribute my speedy and successful recovery to the treatment of a good neurosurgeon and the therapists at Essential Choice.
They have also taught me some techniques to help alleviate pain without the use of drugs. They have been my saviours and I would recommend them without hesitation and in fact have sent several of my friends and family to them with similar results.

I was under a lot of stress and also had a neck injury which was giving me a lot of pain and you recommended a Hot StoneTherapy Massage. I have to say that it was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. I felt so relaxed during and after the massage and felt great for several days later with a lot less pain. That night I also had the best sleep I’ve had for a good while.
